  • Self Employed Financial Planner

    We are keen to speak to experienced self-employed financial planners, especially those who may be looking to move from a company that has been, or is being, acquired by a consolidator. Betterment Wealth was founded in 2024 to deliver long-term stability for its clients and remain truly independent. We know how big this change can be for someone and also how demanding it can be to go alone.

    Location: Hybrid, Office Based (Cambridge) or Remote
    Hours: Full-time
    Salary: Fee income-based

  • Self Employed Mortgage Adviser

    Betterment Wealth is looking for experienced self-employed mortgage advisers to join our business. This role is perfect for individuals who would like to work alongside other ambitious financial planners and mortgage advisers and receive support to service their existing and new clients.  

    Location: Hybrid, Office Based (Cambridge) or Remote
    Hours: Self-Employed
    Salary: Fee and commission income-based

Richard and his team provide a great service, in my case over several years around mortgage brokering. What makes Richard, in particular, different from other professionals in this area is how much time he will spend in properly understanding both your circumstances but also what you and your family are trying to achieve into the future. He then brings the right products into discussion without ever suggesting one or the other product is 'right' or "better', rather allowing you to come to that conclusion yourself with further advice from him and his team as and when needed. Jamie was great from start to finish arranging the mortgage. A non standard set of circumstances that required additional work to resolve. Throughout Jamie was great.
